Terms and Conditions
Proper Documentation
Countries we’ll be visiting require that passports
be valid at least through December 21, 2008. U.S. citizens will not need visas,
but non-U.S.-passport holders may have other requirements. LP will be happy to
help assist those passengers in determining needs. If your passport is not
already current through 2008, or if you will be applying for a new one, please
don’t delay. New requirements have caused some long processing times. Call
TMI-TTi if you have questions. TMI-TTi cannot be responsible for passengers
denied boarding of planes or entry into any country visited as part of this
tour.
Limitations
The air carrier(s), group operators and TMI-TTi
must reserve the right to substitute equipment and properties to and to add or
delete en route stops at our discretion with or without notice. And the hotels,
ground operators, and other vendors used by TMI-TTi may, in special
circumstances, be forced to substitute accommodations or transportation of
similar or better quality.
Number of bags allowed
U.S. airline baggage regulations for international flights will apply to all of
your flight arrangements. However, because you’ll be traveling in motor coaches
(with their limited baggage capacity), we ask you to try to limit your luggage
to one checked piece and one carry-on.
Making your Deposit/Reservations
A total deposit of $1250 per person is due with your signed registration form
and is non-refundable.
This deposit does not include trip insurance. The balance of your payment will be due no
later than April 1, 2008.
Changes/Revisions
If your roommate(s) have to cancel, and neither you nor we can locate a
replacement roommate for you, you will be charged the applicable single
supplement or other resulting room rate adjustments. Depending on the
circumstances, your trip insurance may cover such charges.
Airport Arrivals/Security
Plan to check in at your departure airport at least 2 hours prior to scheduled
departure (3 hours, if your first flight is your international flight.)
Cancellation and Refunds
If you have to cancel your reservation, or payments are not received by
specified deadlines, refunds are made in accordance with the following schedule:
If your written notice of cancellation is
received
• 150-95 days prior to scheduled departure, the cancellation fee will be $500
per person plus any domestic air add-on costs paid to TMI and insurance
purchased.
• 94-21 days prior to scheduled departure, the cancellation fee will be (1) 65%
of the total package price plus all air costs and insurance paid or (2) all
deposits, air fare, and insurance paid, whichever is greater.
• 40-0 day prior to scheduled departure, no refunds will be made.
Fuel Charges and Exchange Rates
Due to widely fluctuating fuel prices, air carriers and ground transportation
vendors occasionally add surcharges over which TMI has no control. Should this
happen, such surcharges may be passed on to participants. In addition, your tour
cost is based on the current exchange rates between the U.S. dollar the the
Euro. If that rate changes more that 5%, your tour rate could increase.

we cannot confirm a reservation until all travel suppliers have acknowledged
that they can provide the services requested. Note: Understand that TMI-TTi or
its suppliers may have to deny participation in this tour if not advised in
advance of the special need. We regret that, due to the nature of the planned
itinerary, we cannot guarantee full participation to anyone whose physical needs
cannot be met.
